I am Sara, a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, LCSW. I work with adults who are navigating changes, challenges, and moments when life feels heavier than it should. If you are struggling with relationships, identity, stress, transitions, focus, or overall emotional well-being, we can explore these together in a way that feels steady and manageable.
What therapy looks like here
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the whole person. We will build coping skills, explore new perspectives, and highlight your existing strengths. Humor is welcome here because healing does not have to feel clinical or cold. We will also discuss the everyday factors that influence mental health, including sleep habits, nutrition, and physical well-being.
